My blog centers on wine, but it intersects with many other topics that interest me (see my "Me" page). That's what makes it mine.
Another thing that makes this blog mine, and not partly some LLM's, is my limited use of AI. I write to organize and sharpen my thoughts, not to harvest attention from the web.
I focus on one idea at a time, making each post easy to digest. I may occasionally write up a longer how-to-style article here (or I may not) but don't expect nicely packaged, SEO-friendly articles. I write for humans.
I write in English to reach as many people as possible, though it's not my native language. This helps me sticking to plain language, which is one of the principles I work by.
